‍Dr. Nick Meti is a practicing oncologist who created Pivot after seeing how many patients leave appointments feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about their care despite detailed discussions and counselling.

He envisioned Pivot as an AI co-pilot — present during appointments to capture key details and conversations, so patients can review them later with clarity and confidence.
