By using the Pivot Labs platform (“Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Pivot Labs, a corporation registered in the Province of Quebec (“Company”).
Pivot Labs provides an AI-powered scribe and documentation tool that assists users (patients and physicians) in recording, transcribing, and summarizing clinical conversations. The Service supports documentation but does not replace professional medical judgment.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to use the Service lawfully and with consent from all participants when recording. You must not upload unlawful content.
The Service provides documentation support only and does not offer medical advice or diagnosis. Physicians remain responsible for accuracy and clinical judgment.
All software, designs, and algorithms are the property of Pivot Labs. Users retain ownership of their own content, including transcripts and summaries.
By submitting data, you grant a limited license for processing and analysis solely for providing the Service. Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
All data are stored on servers located in Canada and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty.
Access may be terminated for violation of terms. Data will be managed according to the Privacy Policy & applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of update.
